Terms & Conditions BK88 – Official Platform Terms of Use

In this BK88 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and use the BK88 platform, you must fully meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. BK88 does not permit membership to anyone under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list maintained by any recognised regulatory body.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Using legitimate funds that are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Registration on BK88 is free and open to all eligible individuals. By signing up, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Maintaining only one account per individual, household, IP address, or device. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of BK88's terms.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notifying BK88 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

BK88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing account without providing reasons, where we have reasonable grounds to do so.

BK88 supports a wide range of Malaysian digital payment methods to make depositing easy. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit funds will be credited to your BK88 account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. BK88 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Eligible BK88 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

All bets placed on the BK88 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for each game type or sport are provided separately in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the BK88 system are final and cannot be voided except at BK88's sole discretion.
• BK88 reserves the right to void or revise any bet accepted due to a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or any other exceptional circumstances.
• The minimum bet is RM1 and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and membership account tier.
• BK88 reserves the right to reduce betting limits for any member at any time at our sole discretion and without the need to provide a reason.
• Game or match outcomes determined by BK88 are final for the purposes of bet settlement.

The security of your BK88 account is a shared responsibility between you and BK88. You are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Not sharing your login credentials, account number, or personal information with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Ensure you log out of your BK88 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of account protection.

BK88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BK88 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Owning or operating more than one BK88 account.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party technology to manipulate BK88 games or systems.
• Arbitrage betting (arbing) strategies designed specifically to exploit odds discrepancies.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or use of falsified identity documents.
• Money laundering or using BK88 for any illicit fund transfer activity.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or compromise BK88's technical systems.
• Bonus system abuse through multiple accounts or coordination with other users.
• Threats, abusive language, or disrespectful behaviour directed at bk88 support staff.

BK88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of the BK88 Terms & Conditions.
• KYC identity verification that is failed or not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member for responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, BK88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, bonus winnings, and account balances associated with the violation. Any legitimate original deposit balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded and no serious breach is confirmed.

BK88 places great importance on the wellbeing of our members. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any action by third parties including payment providers, game providers, or other parties that affects BK88's services.

In circumstances where BK88 is found liable for any loss, BK88's maximum liability shall be limited to the total deposits made by the member concerned within the 30 days preceding the claim.

BK88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The procedure for notifying members of amendments is as follows:

• Members will be notified of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Minor edits or editorial corrections may be implemented without formal notice, but the "Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
• Continued use of the BK88 platform after the effective date of any amendment is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
